This breathing exercises is from Mr.Brett Stemple - MPO Tuba Principal
Inspired by and adapted from the teachings of Arnold Jacobs, Samuel Pilafian and Daniel Perantoni.

Introduction:
To Develop proper breathing, one must promote Optimum Flexibility and Physical Fitness.
In order to do so, one should partake of 20minutes of Aerobic Exercise 3-4 times a week
i.e.:
running, swimming, cycling, dancing, etc.;and for upper body strength: push ups and sit-ups.
